SECRO

Redesigning Global Trade for a Digital World

Our Story -
How We Got Here

Hundreds of years of cumulative industry experience enabled our team to develop a new approach to electronic trade documentation—one that rethinks how goods, data, and capital move across borders.

Since 2017, we’ve been building this vision into reality by combining legal integrity, enterprise-grade security, and real-world usability.

By 2021, with regulatory frameworks like Singapore’s Electronic Transactions Act enabling digital documents of title, Secro was officially launched.

Today, our global team of experts in technology, law, finance, and trade is shaping the infrastructure for a faster, more secure, and paperless future of commerce.

Our Mission

To simplify and secure global trade through compliant, digital-first document workflows that reduce risk, increase speed, and build trust between trading partners.

Why the Name ‘Secro’?

Our name is a blend of Security and Escrow; two concepts that define what we do. We build technology that ensures every document is secure, verified, and transferable under trusted, condition-based logic—enabling new possibilities for digital trade.

Our Values

Customer Obsession

We design solutions around our clients’ real-world operations—not just features.

Industry Expertise

We bring deep domain knowledge across trade, law, and finance to every client relationship.

Trust & Security

We prioritise confidentiality, verification, and fraud mitigation in everything we build.

Democratising Digital Trade

We believe digital trade should be accessible to all, not just the few with large legal teams.

Purpose-Driven Innovation

We don't chase trends, we build what solves real problems, fast.
